Country Campers came to our rescue! On the second day of our vacation, we had a blowout that tore the wiring, metal covering and insulation off the bottom of our slide. We had no access to our bathroom, personal items, medications, etc. We were travelling through Quebec, on a weekend with nothing open to get repairs. We decided to proceed on to New Brunswick in hopes that we could get repairs done on Monday. The first two three calls to repair shops we were told a week was the earliest they could get us in. Our vacation was starting to turn sour pretty quick. Our fourth call was to Country Campers. We explained our dilemma, and even though they were booked solid, they told us to bring the camper over and they would make every effort to get us in. They were very sympathetic and understanding of our situation. We left the camper with them that morning and returned before they closed for the day. Everything was repaired! The staff went above and beyond to get us back on the road and on track with our vacation! We definitely recommend County Campers!!

Driving by on the highway and noticed they had a propane filling station. Wheeled in and a young lad came right out and filled my onboard tank in my motorhome. I mentioned I couldn't remove my hubcaps as the last mechanic cranked them on tight. He said no problem pull up in front of the shop. He quickly loosed them for me and torqued back on so I could adjust my tire pressures when I got to the Campground. Asked how much and he said no charge just glad I could help. Talk about good old-fashioned service. Thanks for the great service. When I went in to pay for my propane I was greeted with one of the nicest and we'll stocked parts and accessories departments. I ended up buying several items while I was in there.

I bought a camper here, and dealt with two generations of the family. I paid a fair price, and I received great service. When I did have an issue with a leak, I reached out, one of the family came to see the problem and committed to making things right. That's really the best one can hope for. Problems happen. How they are dealt with is what sets one company apart from the others.

We bought a trailer from a lady who purchased a new trailer from Country Campers. When we arrived to her campground to pick up our trailer they were there waiting for us to move the other trailer so they could deliver and set up. We ran into problems picking up our trailer and the employees from Country Campers didn’t hesitate to help. They were very professional and I’m not sure how we would have gotten our trailer out without them. We were treated very well and we weren’t even customers...until our next trailer!

Amazing RV dealer! I went there last year just to "look" and had no plans to buy anything. I was honest witht the sales agent about "just looking" and I had no clue that they had been already done for the day but the sales agent remained friendly and super patient and active for hours while my husband and I were getting in out of trailers even after they closed (of course, I found out this later as I figured that no ones was there anymore in the sales area). Result: we found the trailer of our dreams and bought it! Sales agent super amazing, patient; owner super friendly and super professional, hard worker; the finance lady (owner's wife) super sweet and friendly. Whenevr I call and need anything, the service level is high. The delivery gentleman that brought our trailer (onwers son) was also friendly, sweet, nice. OMG everyone in this company is amazing! When I winterized it, the gentleman that came also super nice, patient and answered all my curious questions about my brand new trailer.
